See You Later

For a while
been on an isle
I couldn’t escape
because I felt the hate
so I let it go
now the sun shines
because I let it snow
was frozen to the bone
she made me feel
they’d never steal
no they never stole
in the footsteps of the past
of all paths collide
jump the fence and hide
don’t matter now if you’re right
no hard feelings it’s just life.
